POTTSTOWN, PA - December 1, 2005 -- The Eastwood Company, a
leading provider of restoration and customization tools and
supplies, today announced a partnership with pinstriping legend
Steve Kafka which will allow users to get answers to their pinstriping
questions directly from Kafka.
For many years, Steve Kafka has been on the cutting edge of
modern design, as evidenced in both his beautiful, original
pinstriping technique and his custom graphics. When asked what
he hopes users will gain from this new website feature, Kafka
stated: "I will, to the best of my ability, share my knowledge
and answer questions, recommend techniques and products that
will hopefully enhance your pinstriping endeavors, or at least
give a different perspective; a 'Kafkaesque view', if you will."
Registered users of Eastwood's ShopTalk Forum, at http://forum.eastwoodco.com,
can submit questions in the new "Kafka's Korner" section. Question
topics can include pinstriping techniques, designs, or specific
inquiries regarding any of Kafka's own products. The product
line encompasses Kafka's complete
line of pinstriping brushes, his Pinstriping
Practice System, and the "Welcome
to My World" instructional DVD. All of these products can
be found on the Eastwood website.
"The Eastwood ShopTalk Forum was created to help enthusiasts
learn more about their passions," said Mike Stamn, CEO of The
Eastwood Company. "We know there is an incredible interest in
custom art, and this new forum is a great way for Steve to share
his talent and to remove some of the mystique that surrounds
the art of pinstriping. We're very excited about the opportunity
to work with Steve on this project."
